What is your return policy?
We adopt a 30-day return policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, and returned with all original packaging and tags. For all non-returnable product(s), they're backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee as stated in our shipping & returns policy.

Upon successful registration with Coconutty, you would be awarded free Cocos for every rupee spent on our store which can be redeemed for your future purchases. Additionally, registered customers can also manage their orders, saved addresses for enabling express checkout.
What are the payment options?
We accept Master Card, Visa credit/debit cards. We also have an option of net banking, wallets, UPI and cash on delivery ( COD available for select locations only )
How can I cancel my order?
Please write an email to support@coconuttystore.com at the earliest time possible. If the order hasn't been shipped already we'll cancel it right away and initiate a refund as per our refund policy.
What if Coconutty delivers a damaged/wrong product?
This is unlikely however, in case you receive a damaged/wrong product; please write to us on support@coconuttystore.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. The product may be replaced, refunded or other corrective measures may be taken to address the issue on a case to case basis.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Your order will be delivered to you within 2-10 business days depending upon your location.
