DELIVERY BASED ON PIN CODE

We strive to deliver all the pin codes of India.  Few places are not covered for COD by our delivery partners. Any inconvenience you face is regretted. This issue might also occur if the cash amount payable at the time of delivery exceeds a certain limit which is decided by our courier partners. At the time of shopping, please check if your pin code is covered by our Logistics Partner. If not, we would request you to provide an alternate shipping address.

 

DELIVERY PARTNERS

We ship through registered courier companies such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, FedEx , Xpressbees, Shadowfax, DTDC etc... Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us. Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

 

SHIPPING FEES

Free shipping is included for all deliveries within India, any shipping fee paid is non refundable in case of returns.

 

DELIVERY TIMELINES  

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Your order will be delivered to you within 2-10 days depending on your location.

 

MISSED DELIVERY

Our courier partner will try to attempt delivering your order thrice; each attempt on a consecutive day. So if you have missed the delivery please do not worry, we will try to make an attempt again to deliver your Coconutty to you.

 

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

RETURN POLICY

We adopt a 30-day policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

 

RETURN REQUEST

We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Reverse Pick-up policy. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.

Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:

  • All items must have the original tags, and should be unused and undamaged with seals intact.

  • All items should be free from any marks/damages.

  • Please ensure correct pieces for return are handed over to the delivery executive. We take no liability in case incorrect piece is handed over.

 

RETURN PICK UP

Once we receive your return request, we will initiate the reverse pick-up to our courier partner, who will pick up the product from your doorstep within 24- 48 hours. Our courier partner will make three attempts to pick-up the product for return. Please note that the field executive for delivery and pick-ups are different.

 

We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don't worry, even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product by shipping it to us.

 

RETURN UNACCEPTED

Once we receive the product, we will check it for being unused, undamaged and also have the original tags/packaging in place. In case the received item does not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

 

RETURN CHARGES

There are no charges for returns if your area is serviceable for return pickup by our courier partners.  In case your area is not serviceable, you can return the product by shipping it to us at your expense.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued only if the returned products reach us as per our return guidelines. For all non-returnable product(s) we will offer refunds on a case to case basis, if the product is delivered damaged or you do not like our product(s) you may be eligible for a full refund backed by our 30 day money back guarantee (limited to once per customer)

 

Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. If you had selected Cash on Delivery, please contact us via the "Contact Form" on our Website. We will process the refund in 7-10 business days.
